My novel has its first blurb, and it’s from one of my literary heroes:

"Robert Levy spins a dark and mythic tale. Exquisitely allegorical, this novel seethes with menace, romance, and mystery.  The Glittering World is a powerful debut."—Laird Barron

I had the pleasure of seeing Laird read a new piece at WORD in Brooklyn last night along with the great Nicholas Kaufmann and L.A. Kornetsky (aka Laura Anne Gilman), and he was devastating as usual.

Some day I’ll write more about how much Laird’s work has meant to me—I think I’ve read pretty much everything he’s ever published—but for now I’ll just say how grateful I am for his support.
